One day cycling trip in Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP) , Mumbai
Sanjay Gandhi National Park, a lush green forest located right inside Mumbai city. The Park was formerly known as Borivali National Park.
Spread over an area of 104 Sq Km, it is the only national park in the world with such a large patch of protected area existing within the city limits.
One of the main attractions here is the ancient monastic structure, Kanheri caves.
The Kanheri caves exemplify a rich history of Buddhist culture. You can see some amazing sculptures and carvings along the walls and roofs of the caves
The route from SGNP entrance to Kanheri caves is around 6.3 km one way.

Where do i get the cycles from ???
Either you can get your own cycles or you can hire them at the gate of SGNP.

Day 1 -Report at SGNP and start cycling
- Report at 7:30 am at the gate of SGNP.
- Do entry formalities and proceed for cycling
- Cycle for 2 hrs along with your guide and return back to the gate of SGNP.
- Have breakfast.
