A motorcycling adventure to Bhutan a land of snowcapped mountains, deep, broad valleys with fertile rice paddies and orchards, tiny villages and bustling market towns. Bhutan is a thoroughly exotic country that stimulates all of the senses.

Our motorcycle trip to Bhutan will be starting from Siliguri, the gateway of North-east India, covering Phuentsholling, Thimphu, Punakha and Paro.

We will enter Bhutan from Phuentsholling the second largest city of Bhutan.

This adventure combines Motorcycling through the sheer entrancement of Phuensholling to Thimphu the hidden realm of the wonders which is home to revered Bhutanese royal family. Enjoy the journey to Punakha crossing the world famous Dochula Pass which has the 108 memorial stupas. Head towards the gateway to the kingdom’s treasure and a memorable trek to the famous Taktsang or Tigers Nest Monastery.

Day 1 - Reach Siliguri, Ride from Siliguri to Phuentsholling

Arrive at the Bagdogra airport. Check your motorcycles in Siliguri and leave for Phuentsholling. Overnight stay at Phuentsholling.

Day 2 -Phuentsholling Sightseeing

Your day begins early after a sumptuous breakfast! Get your permit processed and relax here. The rest of the evening is for you to enjoy at your leisure. Explore the town and sleep early this night.

Day3-Riding from Phuentsholling to Thimphu(155 km)

Get set to head to Thimphu after breakfast. Glide through the lovely landscape, reach Thimphu and enjoy a visit to the local market. The rest of the evening is for you to enjoy at your leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4- Thimphu City Tour

Start the day with delicious breakfast. Explore monasteries like Changangkha, Lhakhang and Zangthoperi. Do not miss the lovely view of the valley. Enjoy observing the biggest Buddha statue and some shopping in the city. Overnight stay at the hotel after dinner.

Day 5 - Riding from Thimphu - Punakha (Via Do Chula Pass)

Leave from the capital city after an early breakfast and head towards Punakha. Enroute you will pass through the Do Chula Pass that is at a staggering height of 10000ft. This is also regarded as an important spiritual destination on account of the Punakha Dzong that is located at its peak. Check into the hotel and sleep overnight.

Day 6 -Punakha to Paro

Head to Paro after breakfast. Observe the sight of Paro Dzong, TaZing which comprises National museum and experiencing the Bhutanese culture. After visiting local temples, stay overnight in Paro after having dinner.

Day 7-Taktsang Monastery

Get ready for a day off the bike and touch the grounds while hiking up to the Tiger’s nest. Before that ride towards the base camp, from where you will be hiking up 700 steps, crossing the valleys and lush green vegetation in a span of 3-4 hours. Come back by evening and spend the night in Paro.
