Booking Procedure

1. Where to book:

a. You can book Life Away From Life (LAFL) tours online as well as offline.

You can book ONLINE on or through LAFL office (OFFLINE)

2. Contractual steps for Booking :

Please complete and sign the Registration Form and the Indemnity Form per party after reading the How to Book rules, Terms and Conditions, itinerary or website.

3. Payments

100% of the tour payment must be made to book your trip, before any service can be provided. This booking will be subject to availability.

4. Mandatory documentation 

Please note that the guest will also be required to provide the following documentation, irrespective of the mode of booking.

a. Physically signed Registration form by the traveler on the specified space

b. Physically signed Indemnity form by the traveler on the specified space

5. Cancellation

a. Cancellation of the Tour by Client

If you wish to cancel your tour, you must intimate the Company as follows provided that such intimation should be given on a working day within working hours:

i. By email to followed by a written communication to our registered office listed below


ii. In writing to our registered office of the Company:

iii. If the Registration Form has been signed by one or more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, then the communication signed by such signatory / s would be treated as a valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form.

The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office in Navi Mumbai on working days within office time at the details listed above.

iv. Cancellation charges : 30+ days – 100% of tour costs returned; within 30 days – 75% of tour costs returned; 29-16 days – 50% of tour costs returned; 15-8 days 25% of the tour costs returned, 7-0 days no refund.

Please note that cancellation charges are calculated of the total amount payable and not of advance amount.

v. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.

vi. The Company shall not be liable to pay any compensation, interest or damages to you.

vii.As per the booking conditions, we are constrained to levy Rs 500 as  Cancellation Charges.

viii . On cancellation  , the aforesaid LAFL Cancellation charges, GST  and other taxes implied while booking ,  are not refundable in any case or circumstances.

b. Cancellation/Amendment  of the Tour by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates / tours or you would have the option of traveling as individual travelers, not on group tours. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable or you do not wish to travel as individual travelers, we would refund the money paid by you .However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expenses incurred by you.

However, in the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour / holiday advertised in their Brochure/ itinerary after it has been booked but prior to departure, you shall have the option to continue with the tour / holiday as amended or altered or to accept any alternative tour / holiday, which the Company may offer. In either of these above cases the Company shall not be liable to you for any damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by you or to pay any amount as refund.

c. Refunds

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Major, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, transport operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

i. It would take at least 30 days to process the refund (if due).

ii. It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

iii . On cancellation  , the aforesaid LAFL Cancellation charges, GST  and other taxes implied while booking ,  are not refundable in any case or circumstances.


Book Online


Step 1:Read the Itineraries, Inclusions, Exclusions, Terms and Conditions, the price, and User Agreement carefully before accepting them on-line.

Step 2: Click on ‘BOOK ON LINE’ icon in the right side column to choose your trip.

Step 3: Pay ON LINE through a debit and or a credit card or Net Banking the full amount of the package in one go. All on line payments that happen for any of the trips booked via site are secure. LAFL does not store the Credit card details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the payment gateway ( . The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours, hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card whatsoever.

Step 4: You can also courier the following documents to the following address :

a. The Registration form, needs to be physically signed by the traveller in the indicated space .

b. Indemnity form, needs to be physically signed by the traveller in the indicated space .

Step 1:

Step 2: 

Before confirming the selected trip read and understand the tour itinerary and inclusions, exclusions, How to Book rules, Terms & Conditions,  cost, etc..

Step 3:

1) Submit the Registration form, physically signed by the traveller in the indicated space., to our office.

 2) Submit the Indemnity form, physically signed by the traveller in the indicated space, to our office.

Step 4: 

The entire amount of the trip should be paid along with the Registration form the total amount (100%) of the trip has to be paid.

The amount can be paid in Cash/Crossed A/c payee Cheque/ On line E-transfer/cash deposit into our Bank branch.

a) Cash payments: Registration fees in Cash can be paid at our office.

b) Cheque Payments: Registration fees in cheque should be made in favour of ‘LIFE AWAY FROM LIFE’  and either hand delivered or couriered to our office address.
