A beautiful meadow located at an altitude of about 11,000 ft, covered with a carpet of myriad colours, surrounded by the dazzling snow clad Himalayas.Almost 300 species of wild flowers bloom here unhindered by mankind.

Life Away From Life plans in the months of July & August a trek to The Valley of flowers in the Uttaranchal Himalayas, this trek is one of the most varied and beautiful treks in the world.

The valley of Flowers National Park starts from Ghangharia but the main valley starts after crossing the gorge and the stream starting from Nar Parvat, At the entrance of the Valley stands the snow-clad peak of Ratban Parvat, towards the left is Nar Parvat, which separates the Badrinath valley from this valley, and to the right is dense Birch forest on the hillsides.

ITINERARY - Govind ghat to Govind ghat - 4 days

Trek to Valley of Flowers (3658m)

Please Note : The itinerary is tentative and subject to change.

- Arrival at Delhi

- Delhi to Haridwar by train - 230 Kms./6Hrs

Day 1 trek starts from Govind Ghat to Ghangaria - 13 Kms/7Hrs

Trek starts to Ghangaria (3000 mts .) Overnight in Hotel.

Day 2 Ghangaria - Valley of Flower - Ghangaria - 3 Kms./3 Hrs (one side)

Trek to VOF - Back to Ghangaria. (3658 M / 12000 ft)

Day 3: Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib ( optional)

Day 4 Ghangaria to Govindghat -13 kms trek from Ghangaria to Govind Ghat, Check in Hotel.
